DELIVERY
We offer UK 24/48 hours delivery, on orders placed before 1pm. Any orders placed after this time will not be dispatched until the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day available. Delivery times are out of our control once the parcel has been collected by our courier, we cannot accept liability or compensate for any expenses or costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

UK DHL Express Delivery 24 hours delivery £11.99 – weight restrictions apply – maximum 2 kg.

UK Royal Mail Special Delivery 24 hours delivery £7.50 – weight restrictions apply – maximum 2 kg.

UK Royal Mail Recorded Delivery 3/5 days delivery £4.50 – weight restrictions apply – maximum 2 kg.

All International Deliveries – DHL Express 3/5 days delivery £19.50 – weight restrictions apply – maximum 2 kg – Some restrictions apply.

All International Deliveries – Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed 7/10 days delivery £10.00 – weight restrictions apply – maximum 2 kg – Some restrictions apply.

Missing Parcels

On the rare occasion that a parcel may be delayed by our courier service, we will not be able to send out any replacement goods. Once the original parcel has been confirmed as lost in transit a replacement will be sent. This process can take up to 10 working days.
